Our Management Team
Carlos Ramirez – President
As a certified professional project manager, Carlos has managed multimillion-dollar Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects in the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Engineering industries.
Carlos has extensive experience in managing P&L’s as large as $35M, leading multi-disciplinary and international project teams as large as 25 individuals. Managing client relationships, contracts, subcontractors, commercial terms, estimating, and public bidding procedures are all part of Carlos’ repertoire of skills.
Carlos has also been a district service manager for a publicly traded firm in Houston, in charge of the Western half of the United States. Managing head-counts as large as 40 employees, and supervisors, and annual budgets as large as $5M per year.
Having a senior manager with project, and managerial skills will help Sophos Care Group grow while maintaining the adequate business controls and discipline.
Adriana Acevedo – Vice President of Operations
As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, Adriana brings a wealth of experience, and knowledge to Sophos Care Group. Adriana’s commendable bedside manner, rapport building, and team management has been noted by many senior professionals in this field. Adriana also has an uncanny ability to deal with the high acuity patients, and crises.
Adriana’s skills, knowledge, personality, and leadership will serve Sophos Care Group well in leading and recruiting talent, gaining and retaining new clients, and establishing industry relationships and referral opportunities.
Having a Senior manager with intimate knowledge of patient, and hospital needs will be a major competitive advantage for Sophos Care Group amongst other market players in the area.
